Bindu - Dhyan Asans
Bindu – The dot or bindu is creation. Everything begins and ends at the
bindu, the essence. Hence the importance of this spiritual law cannot be
undermined. Even in dhyan, deep contemplation, the being has to be
focused on that true self that is the core of our existence.
