Navamallika – Kora India icon

In the season of new blossoming
Let love be the guide to look within…..
Kamadeva, the god of love wields a bow and arrows. His bow is made of sugarcane and his arrows are decorated with five kinds of fragrant flowers. One of them is the Jasmine known as Navamallika in Sanskrit.
The delicate Jasmine flower, our inspiration, is represented here in fine zari embroidery offset with threadwork. The grace of the garments is further enhanced with elegant silver thread quilting on soft buttery Chanderis in pastel hues. Worn with hand-block printed striped pants or dupattas, paired with delicate jewellery and potli bags, this collection is perfect for the elegant you!
